Understanding Elgato's dual objectives was crucial: to unveil their new innovations and to forge a deeper connection with their audience, showcasing how these products could revolutionize content creation. Our solution was a launch event that went beyond mere product presentation, weaving engaging visual storytelling with interactive elements to let viewers experience the new products' features and benefits firsthand. Incorporating live demonstrations, user testimonials, and interactive Q&A sessions, we transformed the event into an immersive journey that not only educated but also impressed Elgato's audience. This pioneering approach not only served as an field report introduction to Elgato's latest offerings but also marked a new era of product launches for the brand, reinforcing the bond between Elgato's innovative solutions and the creative aspirations of content creators globally.

/ My tasks

I spearheaded the visual conceptualization, ensuring it resonated with Elgato's brand identity and highlighted the unique features of their new products. My role involved crafting a cohesive set of visual assets, including animations and interactive elements, to captivate and engage the audience. Working in close collaboration with 2d-, 3d designers and developers. I also created prototypes for key segments of the event, conducting usability tests to refine the viewer experience based on real feedback. Throughout the project, I maintained a synergistic collaboration with both the content and marketing teams, guaranteeing that the event's visual presentation was seamlessly integrated with promotional efforts and storytelling. Post-event, I engaged in thorough analysis of viewer interactions and feedback, applying these insights to continually optimize our approach for future events.

/ Process and methodology

Collaboration was central to our process, involving stakeholders across departments to integrate diverse insights into our design strategy. By employing tools like user personas and A/B testing, we refined the event's interface and interactivity, focusing on creating an engaging user experience. This blend of research, state of the art aesthetics, and teamwork underscored our commitment to delivering a seamless and impactful event for our audience.

In this project, effective communication was a cornerstone of the success. I employed a range of communication techniques to ensure clear, concise, and open dialogue within our team and with stakeholders. My ability to articulate complex design concepts in accessible language helped align the team's vision and goals. Regular updates and presentations kept all parties informed and engaged, fostering a collaborative environment. By adapting my communication style to suit different audiences, from developers to marketing teams, I ensured that our design vision was understood and embraced across all facets of the project, facilitating a cohesive and successful event.
